After several weeks of practice, Eli's first t-ball game finally arrived. He was SO excited to get started... actually, all of us were excited! The kids enthusiasm started to dip a little bit about 45 minutes into the game, and unfortunately it was far from over. Since they are just beginning to learn, it took FOREVER. The kid were hilarious... sitting down on the bases, picking grass and dancing in the outfield, completely leaving the field during the game. It was quite entertaining!
We are so proud of Eli! He hit the ball well each time he was up to bat, and he had a pretty good attitude most of the game. Now if we can just get them to play a little more efficiently, I think the kids would really have a good time!
