A Morning at Kendrick Woods

Today was the first really warm day we've had for awhile, so Jodi and I took the kids out to Kendrick Woods to play. What fun, and it should guarantee good naps this afternoon. They played hard!!

The kids are at an age now that I have to get creative to get them to smile. Today I had them saying "Boogers!" and "Dirty socks!" They thought it was hilarious, and I got some good smiles from them! Whatever it takes, right?

Eli's hair is the prettiest shade of red!

And I love when I can catch these passionate smiles!

Our boy is really brave (aka, fearless and dangerous). Nothing is too high for him to climb. Case in point, this playground feature! He carefully made his way to the top, and when he stepped over to the platform, he started jumping up and down and gave us a big, victorious "YES!! I did it!" He was so proud of himself!
