Jason's sister Alana came to visit for Easter with her three kids, so we had the rare opportunity to have all 11 grandchildren together. Since that's WAY too many kids to keep indoors, we went to Kendrick Woods, ordered pizza, and let the kids play on the playground. Earlier in the day, I was telling Eli everyone that was going to be there. He said, "That's a lot of friends!" and I told him they were all cousins. He said, "Cousin is another word for 'friend'." I thought it was so sweet! And true- the kids played together wonderfully!
After the playground got a little boring, the kids (and a stray friend they picked up!) played frisbee with Josh. The kids ran so hard, we knew it'd be easy to get them to bed that night!
Before we wrapped everything up, we were able to get one picture with all the kids. Trying to get eleven kids in one shot is quite the undertaking! Especially when they are all eight years old and younger! And God willing, there are two more joining the crew later this year!
