Hard to believe... my big boy is five years old! We put a new mark on the growth chart- 3 ft, 7 1/2 inches and almost 44 pounds! Eli is ornery as ever and strong-willed as the day is long, but he is a joy and a blessing to have as a son. We love you, Elijah Robert!
(we are getting ready for his Jake and the Neverland Pirates birthday party, and he insisted we all wear our pirate headbands all day while we cleaned)
Eli's birthday was on a Wednesday this year, so he went to school and took cupcakes and apples for snack and got to be the snack leader. We went to lunch with Grammy and Pap at Panera Bread, then made pizzas at home for dinner. Eli originally requested peanut butter crackers for dinner, but we were able to talk him into pizza!
