28 Weeks, and a Name!!

Another month closer to meeting our new little boy!

 

This week, I have finally been feeling better and been able to sleep without having terrible coughing fits. After being sick in some way for 6 weeks, this is a welcome relief!!

 

 

Also, I think we have finally settled on a name! Our newest addition will be named Asher Rigdon Hays. (Rigdon was my Grandma Haver's maiden name.) I first heard the name Asher a couple years ago when I was listening to a Bible study on Genesis 30. It is the story of Leah and Rachel's competition to have sons for Jacob, and Asher is one of Leah's children. When he is born, verse 13 says,

"Then Leah said, 'How happy I am! The women will call me happy.' So she named him Asher." -Genesis 30:13
 

I've liked the name ever since! I hope and pray that our Asher brings happiness to our family as well!
