Eli chose a football theme for his party this year, and I had fun making his cake and other “football” goodies! We just had a small gathering for lunch- his grandparents on both sides, Jeremiah and Angie, and his closest friends. He really seemed to enjoy himself, so it was a success!
The kids were on SUCH a sugar high after eating the cake! Eli is typically not a sweets eater, but he SCARFED down his birthday cake! He’d been asking for a piece of it ever since I pulled it out of the oven!
Eli got a bunch of nice gifts… he’s so spoiled well-loved!
We celebrated Jeremiah’s birthday later after dinner. I think he was more excited that I made his favorite lemon cupcakes than he was about his gifts!
