We’ve been preparing a new bedroom for Eli for the past few weeks, and finally had all the pieces in place to let him sleep in his new bed. To my amazement, Eli took his first nap in his new bed without crying or getting out even once! I was SO proud of him! I think he was pretty proud of himself, too!
He wanted to sleep there overnight last night too, so we let him. Again, he did great! I never dreamed this would be an easy transition, and while I’m sure we’ll have some challenges, I’m thankful the first day was a success!!
