Yesterday was a cold, snowy day... perfect for making Christmas cookies! We started with peanut butter blossoms- peanut butter cookies with a Hershey's kiss in the middle. Eli did a GREAT job unwrapping the kisses for me! He helped roll some of the cookies in sugar too!
Our next task was rolling and cutting out vanilla butter cookies.
And tonight was the big night- decorating the cut-out cookies! Eli was hilarious putting sprinkles on some and just smearing icing everywhere! They aren't the prettiest cookies ever, but boy, did we have fun!
