This past Saturday was a typical Autumn day... cool and cloudy, with some good college football on TV. So, we decided to take Eli to his first soccer game! Jason had been wanting to go to one of Temple Christian School's matches (he used to coach there) and this past weekend was their homecoming. It was fun to watch a live soccer game again, although it made us feel really old! Some of the players on the team were in 2nd and 3rd grade when Jason started coaching! Eli enjoyed watching all the people, and he LOVED smiling for the camera!
After we got home from the game, we played in the house for awhile. Eli is now 7 months old (!!) and he loves to ride around the house on his Daddy's shoulders! I need to get a faster camera, because he wiggles so much that I can't get a clear picture of him!
So then it was time to watch some football! I sat Eli down on his play mat and ran to get my drink, and when I got back, he was kicked back against his cushion, watching football on TV and drinking from his sippy cup! That's my boy!
