Here's what's been happening lately...
Eli was sleeping longer stretches at night, but not anymore! Bummer! He's back to getting up every three hours to eat. In addition to this, he's been starting the process of teething, so sometimes he wakes up and cries in between feedings. The poor thing just can't get relief!
We took him to the doctor last week because he lost his voice! That's right, laryngitis! I didn't even know that was possible, but he's doing better now. Still a little hoarse at times, but much better! At the doctor visit, he weighed 17 pounds, 2 ounces and was 27 inches long!
Eli is now eating oatmeal cereal, sweet potatoes, and squash in addition to his bottles. We're going to try green beans next. We tried carrots too, but we're holding off on them for now because they didn't agree with his stomach!
Jason had a birthday last week! My handsome husband is now 33 years old! We also have a new nephew! Jason's sister Alana gave birth to Owen Michael on July 25th. He joins big brother Ethan. We can't wait to meet him in person!
Other than that, things are pretty much the same around the Hays household!
