We celebrated Jason's birthday with pie at Poverty Knob. My poor dad was having a terrible day with some plumbing issues at their house, but it made for lots of fun for the boys! They got to ride along with dad in a digger he borrowed from the Park District. It was fortunate that they happened to have it right when he needed one- this job would have been much, much harder for him without it! We have to be thankful for the little things!
