We bought a new (well, new to us!) van this week! It's a light blue 2010 Chrysler Town & Country, and I think it will be a great convenience when the baby arrives. We got it just in time for our trip to Columbus!
We knew we wanted to get a 3D ultrasound to check for a cleft palette, so after scheduling the appointment for a place in Columbus, we decided to go early and use some COSI tickets that we bought last year and didn't use.
Eli enjoyed his first movie in the van on the way down!
Eli was fascinated by everything at COSI, and I think he'd go back tomorrow if we'd let him! We barely even saw half of the place (it was REALLY busy since it was Good Friday and all the schools were out of session). Besides the crowds, I couldn't move very fast at 34 weeks pregnant!
After our time at COSI, we went to our Ultrasona appointment. I was so excited to see baby Asher's face for the first time! Ultrasona was a very nice facility- they had a huge viewing room, which allowed Eli, my parents, Jason's mom, and Jason's grandparents all to join us.
Here he is!
We thought maybe this little guy would have Jason's face, but it appears he has my round cheeks just like Eli did! It was amazing. We got to see him yawn really big, and he moved around a little bit even though he was asleep the whole time! Eli's favorite part was hearing Asher's heartbeat, and he asked to hear it a second time before we were finished.
According to the technician, Asher is already 5 pounds, 5 ounces and 19 inches long! Sounds like he is going to be a big boy by the time I deliver! We are just thankful for another healthy report. Can't wait to meet the little guy!
